Text Box: This is a level site in Tuscany.  It must be the only one.  The land was  acquired from the local
Comune or Council and was previously a sports field  although not used for some years.
So although there are plenty of beautiful hills nearby, you can park your van without levelling
blocks or pitch your tent squarely and  sleep without constantly rolling downhill.  Site Access
 is good.
However, this is a small, quiet site, there are only 50 pitches and demand is high.  All pitches
have electricity points.  The site is surrounded by tall trees which give some shade and the
pitches are marked out by potted flowers and shrubs which provide attractive splashes of
colour.
The site office stocks a small range of spares (guy lines, tent pegs, canvas repair kits, ice cubes,
plasters and that sort of thing).
The local baker calls with fresh bread every morning and the shops and restaurants in the
village stock all the things you want and serve you with a smile.
We also have a Splash Pool, 15ft across and 3 ft deep, not exactly Olympic size but big
enough to cool off in.
There is a post office and a bank  with an A.T.M. hole in the wall. Site fees can be paid in
Stirling or Euros.  British guests paying in Stirling  will save themselves about 5% in bank
charges.
